SOA 11g - Group ID Displayed as Blank when Mediator Instance has been Faulted and Waiting for Recovery

When Mediator Re-sequencer is used for ordering messages, and when subscribing to topics, if there are any faults while processing the request, the instances will be faulted and will wait for manual recovery.
The instances should be recovered from Enterprise Manager (EM) console.
While recovering the instances, the Group ID is seen as blank when the audit has been switched off.
If the Group is blank, then the retry of messages cannot happen through EM, and all the messages specific to that group will be queued and not processed.
There is no way to re-trigger the faulted instances through EM if the Group ID is blank.
