Symptoms
Scenario 1:
Unable to manage Profiles on DIP Server.
Below error encountered when navigating DIP > Administration > Server Settings
Data initialization failed. Please see EM server logs for more information.
Scenario 2:
After upgrade of OID 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7, DIP does not work. From the EM, if click on DIP, nothing happens.
Right clicking and choosing DIP Server configuration in EM returns:
Data initialization failed. Please see EM server logs for more information.
Right clicking and choosing 'Synchronization Profiles' returns:
Configuration settings are unavailable. The profile management interfaces for the target /Farm_<DOMAIN>/<DOMAIN>/wls_ods1/DIP(11.1.1.2.0) are currently unavailable.
Clicking on DIP in EM returns error:
ADF_FACES-60096
Scenario 3:
Specific for DIP in HA, on the second DIP node of the cluster:
EM showing second (2nd) cluster DIP host with incorrect OID Listen Port and error:
(x) Error
Data initialization failed. Please see EM server logs for more information.
And log error:

Unaware of any changes and not sure if DIP worked before. Trying to access DIP for the first time.
