Goal

How can we workaround the following OIA's webservices error.

" 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "615" seconds working on the request"


When attempting to transfer information from OW to OIA11.1.3.9I ?

In phases of increased utilization of the webservices:


 - it sometimes happens that OIA's webservice goes to complete stall.

 - The OIA webcontainer containing the webservice have to be restarted to resolve the issue.

The WLS-Logs throw exceptions like this a short while after:

 

- Steps:


It may be intermitted be reproduced at will with the following steps.
It happens if there is significant load and transactions going on.
It is triggered when many webservice requests are initiated by
OW to transfer/query data to/from OIA.
