Symptoms

When using the OSB Console (i.e. http://host:port/sbconsole) to create a Proxy or Business Service Transport, in the Configuration page under Protocol, the drown down only shows HTTP, JMS or Local.

You don't see the Email, File, FTP, HTTP, JMS, Local, MQ, SFTP and Tuxedo protocols listed as expected.

Changes

You've removed the AdminServer from the Deployment target for some Deployments in <DOMAIN_HOME>/config/config.xml.
