Cannot Deploy Sun JAX-WS Based Web Service in WebLogic 10.3.5 On AIX (Doc ID 1568857.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy a Sun based JAXWS web service application to weblogic server, the following error occurs:

SEVERE: WSSERVLET11: failed to parse runtime descriptor: javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError: Provider weblogic.xml.jaxp.RegistrySAXTransformerFactory not found
Throwable occurred: javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError: Provider weblogic.xml.jaxp.RegistrySAXTransformerFactory not found
