Webcenter Content and Oracle Access Manager Integration - An Additional Step is Needed for CheckOutAndOpen to work when content is accessed through the OHS URL (Doc ID 1569288.1)

Last updated on MARCH 05, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.6.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Webcenter Content (WCC) PS5 is integrated with OAM 11.1.1.3.0  for SSO and all the access to WCC is done through the OHS (11g) url .

With the above set up, accessing a document through the OHS url and opening it with COAO fails (no action is shown to be happening) .

The same content, when accessed through WCC's Native url opens the content fine using COAO . On checking further, the following error is listed in the applet lifecycle:

basic: error: Incompatible magic value 168430090 in class file com/stellent/checkoutandopen/CheckOutAndOpenApplet.
