When installing Enterprise Single Sign On Logon Manager from a command prompt, the installer window displays invalid characters (square boxes) in place of the expected text.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Attempting to install ESSO-LM 188.8.131.52.0 from the command prompt with the following command:
msiexec /i esso-lm.msi REINSTALLMODE=amus /qb
When uninstalling ESSO-LM from Add Remove Programs in Control Panel on Windows XP.
