T2P Generated Domain Is Unable To Access OSB SBConsole

Symptoms

Accessing the OSB console via http://<admin-server>:<port>/sbconsole results in 'Console Exception' errors and 'Error opening /com/bea/alsb/console/oam/module/Module.jpf' as seen in the screenshot below:
