WebLogic Admin Console Is Showing Process Load 100% For AdminServer (Doc ID 1570563.1)

Symptoms

After starting the admin server,  processor load in WLS Console shows 100% CPU usage whereas Linux operating system usage shows only shows 3~5%

 

Navigating through WLS Console, in Admin Server > Performance tab, 'JVM Process load' is showing 1.0 (1.0 means all load is created by the JVM) indicating wrong value like 100 % even if WLS process does not consume CPU time.
However, at the linux box, CPU utilization is 1-3%.
