Symptoms

In AIX 6.1 Operation System(also known as OS) encounter network speed has a lot of downgrade. Found network transfer has 200ms delay, impacting Tuxedo performance, so conversation is too slow and find tpsend has 200ms delay.

Changes

 AIX operation system upgrade to 6100-07-05-1228.
