REST site specific contains operation search does not find assets that are shared to All Sites.

For example, for the CS 7.6.2 FirstSiteII site:

1) This site specific asset search REST url finds 1 asset:

http://localhost:8080/cs/REST/sites/FirstSiteII/types/Content_C/search?field:name:contains=H300

2) However, if this Content_C asset is shared to All Sites, then the above url returns 0 asset.
