Goal

Has the Enhancement To Allow Tuxedo OPENINFO Oracle_XA Authentication Alternatives Been Already Implemented In Tuxedo Product?

 

Enhancement Request (ER) 14653960 "TUXEDO OPENINFO ORACLE_XA AUTHENTICATION ALTERNATIVES" to handle question below; had been opened. Is this request been implemented into Tuxedo?  If it had in which release? If it had not been yet, in which release it would be done?

Is there any alternative to encoding the Oracle username/password in the UBB file in the OPENINFO string for a Tuxedo group? For instance, is it possible to identify an LDAP as the credentials provider for Oracle_XA?
