BER Messages In ODSEE Access Logs From OVD

As per OVD adapter configuration called "Heartbeat Interval" the OVD server keeps continuously pinging the ODSEE Servers at regular intervals, the default being 60 seconds. When the ODSEE adapter is configured to use the SSL port 636, it keeps getting the following messages continuously in the ODSEE Access logs.
