Goal

 This document covers up steps on how to integrate WebSphere 8.x  with OAM.

Oracle Fusion Middleware Online Documentation Library, 11g Release 1 (11.1.2.1), Fusion Middleware Third-Party Application Server Guide for Oracle Identity and Access Management
6 Managing Oracle Access Manager Identity Assertion on IBM WebSphere

In a scenario where customer is using OAM 10g for WAS integration they need to refer only section 2. Steps on how to install and configure 10g WebGate are not covered up in this document. Download instructions for required JAR and XML files is as follows;

1. access link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/ias/downloads/101401-099957.html
2. accept the license agreement.
3. In IBM column and row "Oracle Access Manager 10g - non OHS11g Webgates and 3rd Party Integrations", to the far right
    under "AIX5L", find disk 11.
4. download file name is oam_int_64_aix_v19_cd1.zip

In a scenario where customer is using OAM11g R2PS1 for WAS integration they need to refer to sections 1 & 2. Section 1 covers up steps on how to configure 11g IHS WebGate and section 2 covers up steps on how to configure TAI for integration with WAS. The required JAR and XML files are provided with the IAMSuite installer.
WAS integration using 32-bit 10g or 11g IHS WebGate as reverse proxy is certified with OAM Server 11gR2PS1. WAS integration using 10g 64-bit IHS WebGate as reverse proxy is certified with OAM Server 11gR2PS1. 64-bit IHS webgate is now available. WAS integration using 32bit or 64-bit 10g IHS WebGate as reverse proxy is certified with OAM 10g Server. OAMTrustAssociationInterceptor.jar is generic and it is supported on 32-bit and 64-bit WAS for integration with OAM. 11.1.2.1 now has the same OAMTrustAssociationInterceptor.jar. So, 10g webgate against 11gOAM can use the file from IAM dir.
