Folio Check In Not Saved In IE9 With Browser Modes Set To IE 9

The steps to reproduce this issue:
Change the Browser Configuration, Document Mode to IE9 Standard
Create or Edit a folio.
Insert an element by check in or by search (Then, the icon Unsaved Changes appears in the left corner)
Save the changes. Execute the action Save Changes.
The icon Unsaved Changes don't disappear and the changes are not saved.
