On : 10.3 version, OSB Core Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After some time the JMS poller is STUCK and all JMS polling from queues is stopped and therefore there is no consumption from the queues. The WLS instance where the poller works is in Critical state.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
JMS Poller should not get STUCK and should consume message at all times.
