Ghostscript Values Appear In Printers Tab Despite Changing Distiller (Doc ID 1572031.1)

Symptoms

Once the Ghostscript Distiller was uninstalled and changed to another the following appeared in the IBR's System Properties->Printers tab:
Printer Information File: ghostpdf.inf
Printer Name: IDC PDF Converter
Print Driver name: Ghostscript PDF
Printer File Port Path: C:/temp/idcoutput.ps
Install printer button greyed out
