UTL_DBWS Fault Handling is not Showing the Complete Fault Response (Doc ID 1572114.1)

When using UTL_DBWS to call a service, sometimes, if the data is not correct, the service will throw a soap fault exception.
This is not being handled as expected by UTL_DBWS.
