Using HANDLECOLLISIONS and ignoring DML errors in Replicats

HANDLECOLLISIONS is used primarily in the replicat just after initial loading of a Database or table, and should never be used for production or permanent use. This document discuss the usage of this parameter and preferred substitues, if users just want to ignore or skip over acceptable DML errors.
