Symptoms

The UCM server logs intermittently show the following error message:

Privilege cannot be determined for role guest. Cannot find the group danho!tels. Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'. [ Details ]
The content server has generated a diagnostic warning. The stack trace below shows more information.

The stack trace shows "intradoc.idcwls.IdcServletRequestUtils.checkSecuredUri".
