Webcenter Modeling Space Not Working During BPM Process Modeling Creation (Doc ID 1572528.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter (BPM) Modelling Space shows a blank modelling canvas for a newly-created BPM process.
Users are not able to do a Process modelling as the BPM toolbar or the process itself is not visible in the Modelling Space.
However when the BPM composer is directly accessed (outside of WebCenter Spaces) it is working fine.

How to Reproduce:

1.  Log into WebCenter Portal.
2.  Click on Process Modeller Link to access "BPM Modeling space" from BPM composer.
3.  Create a new Project.
4.  Create a new BPM process.
5.  The newly created new process displayed in a blank canvas.
