Spaces Global Document Search Results Returns Incorrect Document When Link is Accessed

Symptoms
When the search in global search form shows many entries (i.e. over 5 entries) in a section, it displays as multiple pages. However, when accessing the result entry a second time on any page except 1st (2nd page or higher), document from the first page is displayed instead.
- On page one of the results, user may access document and the correct document is displayed.
- On page 2+ (or higher), user may access a document and the correct document displayed the first time.
If the user closes the popup and selects the same document link again, the document that is displayed is the corresponding item from page 1. Eg. accessing link 3 on page 2 will display link 3 from page 1.
