Subspace Announcements Not Showing For Members Of Parent Space (Doc ID 1572994.1)

Creating a sub space does not inherit the permissions correctly for announcements. Throws the error below.

If turning off security inheritance the announcements will then work as expected.

However it's needed to be able to set the security at the parent space and inherit down to multiple subspaces.
