Is the Direct Link for a File not a Durable URL Link? (Doc ID 1573093.1)

Goal

When a document is uploaded via Doc Explorer in Spaces, you can then navigate to UCM and change the folder it's in:

1. Upload a doc via Spaces
2. Navigate to UCM - the doc is in: WebCenter-Spaces-Root ->
3. Create a folder, e.g. test, somewhere else, e.g. PersonalSpaces
4. Back to Spaces: View -> Get a link.
The Get a Link dialog box comes up:

Direct URL http://<HOST>:<PORT>/webcenter/faces/owResource.jspx?z=oracle.webcenter.doclib%21<ID>%21WebCenterSpaces-ucm%2523dDocName%2<dDocNameID>%21%21<FILENAME>.rtf

Download URL http://<HOST>:<PORT>/webcenter/content/conn/WebCenterSpaces-ucm/path/PersonalSpaces/<SPACE>/<FILENAME>.rtf

So now the URL for the doc has changed - it has the test folder in the URL.

How can you make this a durable URL instead, so that regardless of where that document is moved, the URL remains the same?

Is this something which will be available in a forthcoming release/version or is this an Enhancement Request?
