Support Tools Are Reporting Orphan SiteCatalog Entries (rootelement Does NOT Exist) (Doc ID 1573600.1)

Purpose

We ran the following tool from the Support tools: SYSTEM -> DB Menu -> ContentServer Queries -> Query 0 - Shows SiteCatalog entries without a rootelement. This tool runs the query:

This showed there were several SiteCatalog records without any corresponding ElementCatalog record:
