Problem with CompostionSlot assets with an existing publish destination after an upgrade (Doc ID 1573634.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading to Sites 11.1.1.6.x version, we are unable to publish assets from management to delivery as it is showing lot of dependencies and going into held state.
We have been using Slots extensively in the public site. We have upgraded Template_Compostion table to use Slots table.
