Symptoms

InvoiceSynchronization faults occur on SOA instance after saving Invoice in EBS. The SaveInvoice call to AXF is done correctly, but the InvoiceSynchronization process shows the following fault:

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://imaginghost:16000/imaging/ws/DocumentService" successfully due to: oracle.fabric.common.PolicyEnforcementException: WSM-00015 : The user name is missing.
