Spaces Uploader.tmp Files Not Getting Cleaned Up. (Doc ID 1574194.1)

Symptoms

When uploading a document to content server through WebCenter Spaces, there is a file with this format "uploaderXXXXXX.tmp" created under /var/tmp folder.
Those files cannot be deleted and it is causing the disk space to fill up.
