Problem Summary :

Polls published in spaces should not be displayed in custom portal.

Steps followed.
-------------------
1. Using Poll Manager taskflow , poll is created in spaces.
2. Using the same database schemas for custom portal and Spaces.
3. Custom portal contains a Take Poll taskflow which always displays the latest published polls.
It shows now the polls published by Spaces.


Expected Behavior:
---------------------------
Custom Portal should not display the polls published in spaces (Community Polls).
