Why "OTD-63763, Configuration <config-name> has not been deployed to node <Uppercase node-name>" during start/stop/deploy in Oracle Traffic Director Admin console or CLI tadm ?

If you use the --node-host option while configuring an administration node and specify the host name in uppercase/mixed case, then the following error "OTD-63763" might be displayed for that particular node when performing lifecycle operations such as starting, stopping, reconfiguring Oracle Traffic Director instances or deploying Oracle Traffic Director configuration changes:

However, there is no problem when starting the OTD instance with the startserv command.
