Draft Blog Content Can Be Seen by Other Users Using Links (Doc ID 1575047.1)

Symptoms

This problem is seen when using the standard Blogs functionality in WebCenter Portal
A blog entry is created in Draft mode (i.e. by selecting the 'Draft' radio button instead of the 'Publish' button).
While this blog entry is in Draft status, it can be viewed only by the user who created it. Other users cannot see it.
However, other users who have access to the Space can create a Link to this draft blog. They can do this using the Link to Existing -> Document option.
The draft blog entry content is then made visible to another user who should be able to see it.
