Goal

OAM11GR2 BP02: Why is both OAM-2 and OAM-5 listed in the p_error_codes_list in the failure url after unsuccessful login attempts exceeds defaultRetrylimit configured in oam-config.xml file.

This might confuse the applications that rely on the error codes returned.
