How to fix schema import corruption (Doc ID 1575383.1)

Goal

By mistake, a test schema is imported into a production (PROD) environment (env) which corrupted the production data. None of the modules and control brokers are restarted and looking for a way to fix the corruption. What is the best way to move forward?
