Symptoms

New documents being checked into the 10.1.3.5 Content Server are getting stuck in the DONE status.
These documents need to be in the Released Status for public consumption.

Older documents were checked in successfully. The documents getting stuck in the DONE status is recent issue.
It was validated the Release Date for the new documents being checked in is correct, and not set in the future.
