Oracle BPM Workspace 11.1.1.7.0 : Cannot View the History Details in the BPM Workspace for Task (Doc ID 1575507.1)

Symptoms

On the BPM Workspace for any of the Task at the extreme right you will see the process name and when you click on it - you will get the Audit trail / History for that process instance. When clicking here you receive the following exception:

exception.70401.name: Error in query instance using instance id
exception.70401.description: Error in query instance using instance id 500017
exception.70401.fix: Contact Oracle support if exception can not be fixed
