Symptoms

Upgraded from 6i to 11g

The menu was successfully recompiled. However, displayed the following error when clicked on the Enter Query Menu Icon:

FRM-21001 PL/SQL Unhandled Exception
ORA-06508 Error

The menu was originally created in 6i version and was converted using the Migration Assistant. During the migration,  the "enable_item" and "disable_item" were replaced with "ENABLEDISABLEITEM.REPLACEDISABLEMENU" and the library "ENABLEDISABLEITEM.PLL" was created and added to the attached libraries.
