Exalogic Virtual Server Is Taking Too Much Time To Shutdown via EMOC

There are times when you invoke the shutdown command through Ops Center console, the Ops Center initiates the job and then gets stuck there for hours.
1. vServer is not pingable
2. vServer is not accessible over IPoIB or through xm console
3. vServer status in Ops Cener console is still shutting down
4. The job initiated shutdown of the vServer in Ops Center but it is continues to hang
