Imaging ExpenseReceiptProcessing Attaches the Receipt in EBS, but the Hold is Not Released on the Expense Report (Doc ID 1576765.1)

Symptoms

The Solution Accelerator has capabilities to attach a receipt to an EBS Expense Report using a BPEL process called ExpenseReceiptProcessing. This BPEL process attaches the receipt and then is supposed to release the hold in EBS so that the approver of the Expense Report can take action. However, in one scenario the hold is not released and the Expense Report remains in a holding status.
