Symptoms

Steps to demonstrate the issue:

1. Login to Webcenter Spaces and navigate to the Blog page.
2. Create new Blog.
3. Attempt to Delete this Blog from the Blog page or from the Edit Blog.
       Results - Delete feature is not available.
