Symptoms

Trying to test the transaction effect in web services using WebLogic 9.2 transactional connection factory and a queue.
 A run time exception or roll back the session context, this way trying to roll back the transaction, but the JMS message delivered is not rolled back. The JMS messages are being consumed by the JMS Queue.
