Unable to upload Space Logo File Named LOGO75.jpg

Symptoms
Unable to change the "Logo image" associated with a new Group Space.
In the Group Space, under "Actions" menu, "Manage", then "General Settings"
Under "Spaces Logo", click on the link to change the Logo image associated with this space. Use the "Browse" functionality and select a properly sized image to upload.
Click "Apply" to save the setting.
You will see the new Logo image associated with the space. This is expected behavior.
However, if you rename the same logo file to "LOGO75.jpg" on the filesystem, and update/upload to the Group Space, the image appears "broken". It does not display in preview or when the Space is accessed.
The file can be renamed to ANYTHING else, and it will work just fine. Problem is observed ONLY when the file is named "LOGO75.jpg".
Following filenames work just fine: "logo75", "Logo75", "LOGO74", "TEST", etc.
Changes
Change the logo used by a Group Space to a new one named "LOGO75.jpg".
