Symptoms
IDM Application is deployed on the backend GlassFish application server. The iPlanet Web Server is configured with the Load Balancer plugin (lbplugin) to pass requests to the backend application server. When accessing the IDM application using URL http://webserver:port/IDM/login.jsp, the following error shows up in the browser window:
