Where is the value of ODSEE 11g Directory Server "Instance Owner" stored? (Doc ID 1579104.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Issue was reported when upgrading ODSEE. The issue occurred on Windows platform, but the solution can be applied to any platform. Using the command:
"dsadm.exe upgrade -i "C:\Program Files\MyDSEEInstance"

It returned an error similar to:

"Only joe and root can run this command"

How can the owner of the Directory Server instance be identified?

dsadm upgrade command fails on Windows because of an "Instance Owner" issue

1. How can you pre-determine who can run "dsadm.exe upgrade -i "C:\Program Files\MyDSEEInstance""?

2. Can you run some ODSEE command to change the owner to a specific user?
