Symptoms

RCU 11.1.1.6 fails with the error, "The version 11.2.0.2.0 of the database that you are using is not a supported version or the specified user may not have sufficient privileges to perform this operation. User should have sysdba or dba privs."    This is all that is seen in the RCU Screen:
