User with Reviewer Role is Unable to see Tasks in a Shared View (Doc ID 1579730.1)

Symptoms

User with reviewer role is unable to see tasks in a shared view. For the given scenario below if the user with whom the view is shared is set up as a reviewer the user should be able to see the tasks. In this case they could not.

 

Scenario: A human task is assigned to userA and userB. managerA and managerB
  are the reviewers of the task. userA has claimed the task.
  NOTE: userA reports to managerA, userB reports to managerB).
  A. Log on to workspace as managerB, go to the inbox and choose Assignee as
  ‘Me (Review Only)’, the task details are displayed as shown below.

  B. Log on to workspace as managerB, go to the Shared Views (My Reportees),
  click on the task. The below shown error message pops out.
