Siebel Managed Attachments Does Not List the Content Items that were Added Using the Attachment Functionality (Doc ID 1579746.1)

Symptoms

Webcenter Content Server v11.1.1.5.0 is integrated with Siebel 8.1.1.1.5 and configured for Managed Attachment functionlity . On this environment contents that are added from Siebel - Attachment are not being listed post-checkin . These items are showing as Released on WCC and the relevant entries to DB tables are also present .
