Goal

The purpose is to describe what is the "version" attribute in the OVD configuration files and how the value changes. E.g. the listener.os_xml has multiple "version" attributes for various tags

<listeners schvers="303" version="3" xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/iam/management/ovd/config/listeners">

or

 <ldap id="LDAP Endpoint" version="8">
