When trying to access any WebLogic Server hosted deployment using IE7+ through a secured protocol IE may not display the console or throw a "certificate warning," but clicking continue does not work. Alternate result will show that the certificate

Result on screen will be similar to the ones pointed below:

If collecting a TCP dump, you will see that browser doesn't attempt do do any handshakes and immediately after receiving the certificate from the server it sends a FIN-ACK signal
