Symptoms

You are trying to setup a new Activation condition for a rule in Configuration Manager. You click edit on an existing role and try to add the following as a side effect:

 Upgrade to MLR14 11.1.1.6,  MLR3 11.1.1.7 or Install/Upgrade to base 11.1.1.8.1.
