BPEL Not Immediately Raising SOAP Faults (Doc ID 1581311.1)

Actual Behavior

SOAP faults in 2 node clustered environment are not getting raised immediately.

If there is a component BPEL_A from Composite_X calling another component BPEL_B from Composite_Y,  and BPEL_B responds with a fault, the fault does not get raised to BPEL_A takes anywhere between 1 to 4 minutes.

Expected Behavior

BPEL should immediately return the faults
